We provide tools to scan videos, summarize content, analyze sentiment, and estimate channel metrics (including estimated revenue calculations and percentages). Our service uses the YouTube Data API to analyze public video data.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account via Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Subscription plans (Pro, Lifetime) provide distinct features such as deep scans and unlimited analytics.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Data and Estimations

• Our platform provides estimated revenue features and percentage breakdowns based on public view counts and industry-average CPMs.
• Disclaimer: These estimates are not guarantees of actual earnings. Actual revenue varies widely by niche, region, ad format, and specific creator agreements.
• We do not claim ownership over any YouTube content analyzed by our platform. All video content remains the property of its respective creators and Google LLC.

5. Intellectual Property

The Atomic+ platform itself, including its original content, features, user interface, and functionality, are owned by Atomic+ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Atomic+, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
